Your Impact

When you support Rocky Mountain Public Media, you ensure that our mission is carried out in the following key areas:

Strengthening the Civic Fabric of Colorado

A PROMISE TO KEEP COMMUNITY FIRST

Together, we often turn to public media to understand our neighbors better. We all have different life experiences, background and beliefs, but we share a collective history. At Rocky Mountain Public Media, we take that into account with everything we create. The community will always have a seat at our table.

A Community-Responsive Approach

BUILDING TRUST IN PUBLIC MEDIA

We are here to understand and provide a voice for community needs, concerns and aspirations. We’re introducing neighbors to each other because once you know someone’s story, it’s hard to hate anyone. By cultivating empathy and increasing understanding for our neighbors, Rocky Mountain Public Media creates a platform for civil discourse which in turn inspires positive changes in the world.

Watch this video to see just some of the ways Rocky Mountain Media offers a place to explore issues and celebrate what it means to be a Coloradan through music and the arts.

KUVO JAZZ – A Rare Blend of Music and News

REFLECTING THE VALUES AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY OF OUR COMMUNITY

KUVO’s dedication to playing the full spectrum of jazz – including traditional, swing era, big band, bebop, trios, vocals, instrumentals, Latin and freestyle “progressive” and contemporary – has earned the station international recognition and a worldwide audience. KUVO frequently features live broadcasts of national touring artists as well as local musicians and students from our Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Performance Studio and broadcast remotely from concerts, festivals and community events.

Watch this video of The New Mastersounds perform live for us during their current US tour— just one of the many live performances we bring to you.
